TG Hospitality LLC – Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and TG Hospitality LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States ("TG Hospitality," "Company," "we," "us," or "our").
These Terms govern your access to and use of our website and all luxury hospitality management, concierge, and related services (the "Services").
By accessing the Site or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
1. Definitions
• Client: Any individual or entity engaging TG Hospitality services
• Services: All concierge, travel, event, and hospitality services offered
• Third-Party Providers: Hotels, airlines, restaurants, transport companies, etc.
• White-Label Partner: Businesses reselling TG Hospitality services
• Service Request: Any request submitted by the Client
2. Nature of Services
TG Hospitality acts strictly as an intermediary between Clients and Third-Party Providers. We coordinate and arrange services but do not directly provide them.
Our services include (but are not limited to):
• Luxury travel planning
• Hotel and villa bookings
• Restaurant reservations
• Private aviation and yacht charters
• Event planning and management
• VIP access and nightlife
• Wellness and lifestyle services
All services are ultimately provided by Third-Party Providers. Contracts are formed directly between the Client and the provider.
3. Service RequestsServices begin when a Client submits a request via our website, email, phone, or messaging platforms.
We reserve the right to refuse any request at our sole discretion.
We do not guarantee availability, quality, or outcomes from Third-Party Providers.
4. Client Obligations
By using our services, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with all Third-Party Provider policies
• Behave lawfully and respectfully
• Notify us promptly of changes or issues
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account
5. Fees, Payment, and Invoicing5.1 Service Fees
Fees may include fixed fees, commissions, retainers, or project-based pricing. These are communicated before service begins.
5.2 Third-Party Costs
All external costs (hotels, flights, restaurants, etc.) are the responsibility of the Client.
5.3 Payment Methods
We accept:
• Bank transfer
• Cryptocurrency (USDC, USDT)
• Revolut or Wise
• Payment links (for amounts up to €300)
5.4 Payment Terms
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur 1.5% monthly interest.
5.5 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy on chargebacks.
By making a payment, you acknowledge that all charges are valid and authorized. Any chargeback or payment reversal is considered a breach of contract and may result in:
• Immediate termination of services
• Legal action and recovery of funds
• Additional fees and penalties
• Blacklisting from our services and partner network
If you have an issue, you must contact us directly before initiating any dispute.
5.6 Fees and Currency
All transaction fees, currency conversions, and processing costs are the responsibility of the Client.
TG Hospitality must receive the full invoiced amount without deductions.
5.7 Taxes
All fees exclude applicable taxes. Clients are responsible for any required taxes.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1 TG Hospitality Fees
All fees paid to TG Hospitality are strictly non-refundable.
6.2 Third-Party Providers
Refunds and cancellations depend entirely on Third-Party Provider policies.
6.3 Client Cancellations
In case of cancellation:
• TG Hospitality fees remain non-refundable
• Third-party costs follow provider policies
• Any incurred costs remain payableWe strongly recommend travel insurance.
6.4 Cancellation by TG HospitalityWe may cancel services if:
• Terms are violated
• Behavior is inappropriate or illegal
• Payment is not made
• Force majeure occurs
7. Limitation of Liability
TG Hospitality is not responsible for:
• Third-party service failures
• Delays or cancellations
• Injuries, damages, or losses
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Assumption of Risk
Travel involves risks. By using our services, you accept these risks.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify TG Hospitality against any claims arising from:
• Your use of services
• Breach of these Terms
• Interactions with third parties
10. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials belong to TG Hospitality and may not be used without permission.11. ConfidentialityAll client information is treated as confidential, except where required to deliver services or by law.
12. Website Use
You agree not to:
• Use the site unlawfully
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Introduce malware
• Misrepresent identity
13. Dispute Resolution
Disputes must first be handled informally.If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in New Mexico, USA.Class actions are not permitted.
14. Governing
LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, USA.
15. SeverabilityIf any part is invalid, the rest remains enforceable.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms represent the full agreement between you and TG Hospitality.
17. Waiver
Failure to enforce a right does not waive it.
18. Assignment
You may not transfer your rights without consent.
19. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
